If you live around the area it's convenient to work there. The job is not hard to do. Good vacation and PTO.
Cons
Bad management, they are on a buddy system and management has a problem with safety and concerns for it. Management doesn't want to listen to you when you bring up a problem they agree with you then do nothing about it. The health insurance is not good. I would suggest if you have a problem or concerns you're better off calling personal.
