Driving you to a breaking point & never having your back. 3 Diffrent Management/dept are constantly telling to do something & at the same time telling you what you did wrong, while not being at the facility you are working at. Skip this job & work at pizza hut! Employees that have been there long time All have a CLIQUE. MANAGEMENT stays on your back Unless the CLIQUES accept you into the group. Silliest place i have ever encountered. Providers are the same way, nurses too. Will run you in the ground with whatever. Feom blaming you for your training. Because you didn't question to Management how you were trained. Will flip everything on you due to their EGO inflated selves, Due to the EGO they will make you bow down to them every chance you get. HR does nothing for you, will say they don't tell Management what you say, But, will Tell your managers everything you say!
