I love my supervisor so much! She always looks out for me

Parking is terrible and you have to pay

Matching 401K, paid accruing PTO, really good insurance

Takes forever for on boarding/ access to any programs, if someone messes up leadership relies on the “lead” MA’s to clean up other people’s messes instead of having said MA fix their problem, if you have a patient that is out of line and you ask management to help they rarely do and tell you to deal with it, if you are good at your job management will give you more work but turn you down for a raise.
