Pros

They hired the best of the best Las Vegas-trained employees who know how a Vegas resort should operate. Too bad everyone got laid off. Pay was moderate, EDR was nice, most people were nice to work with, and to be honest it wasn't too shabby! The place was okay to work at! The problem is on the outside. The hotel doesn't fit on the Las Vegas Strip unless they spend more money on going bigger and better.

Cons

Benefits sucked compared to the other Strip hotels. Other than that, I actually liked working there.

Pros

Set Schedule (Mon-Fri) Good pay $30hr with benefits Underground parking

Cons

Lack of leadership Lack of training "Boys Club" environment Lack of promotion unless someone quits or gets fired Constant revolving door of employees Constant changes to restaurant menu and hours. Spa has been closed down for about 2 years and Jose Andres restaurant has been vacant and useless for way longer than that. Managers or leaders are rude and do not provide a welcoming environment, especially those who have been there 10+ years act like they own the place and talk down to employees. The most sexual harassment I've ever been privy to (homophobic comments made constantly in front of managers and by department directors and nothing done to address the issue, managers raising their voice to employees, I personally had my job threatened by my director of sales for expressing frustration with a project) the list goes on...
