Compensation - definitely on the lower end of Silicone Valley, but then they are in Downtown San Jose.
C & VP Leadership - poor communication, mixed messages, an overall avoidance for stepping up and doing the hard things, till its too late.
Politics: For the size of company, there are a lot of politics and complicated processes, and a general blame game when things go wrong.
Promotion and career growth can be pretty limited.
