      Lots of room to advance, change your career if you're willing to move around to where the jobs are. Lots of opportunities for travel.

      Cons

      Lots of ups and downs. When the industry crashes, jobs will get cut. When the industry recovers, it will take time for the company to catch up as it requires clients to be willing to spend money.
