Pros
Clear training path with defined benchmark timeframe that helps employees understand if they are above or below average. Training is systematically designed in a way that doesn’t rely only upon employees performance but also press on management. People are vey hard working but also play hard when there are gaps which makes it more exciting.
Cons
Although SLB Brazil is one of the best places I worked, time off can be a problem due to work demands.
