Pros
As an intern, I feel like more of an employee, which is good. Lots of feedback, interesting projects, and nice people to work with. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of time off.
Cons
Sometimes you have to really beg to get work (I guess some would like this). People are often too busy to sit down and develop an objective list ofr interns, it's easier for them to not take the time.
