Pros
- Most of the colleagues are nice and hard working. - International teams.
Cons
- Management lacks experience. Employees are often assigned to projects that do not match their skills. Work is poorly organized, and much effort is wasted on work that is later not used. - Tasks are often given just to keep people busy and are not related to main projects. Status updates are requested, but results are ignored. - Employees are assigned to several projects at the same time while being expected to appear fully dedicated to only one. - The promotion process is unclear and inconsistent. Official criteria are not followed. - HR support is slow and unclear, and communication is often unanswered. - There is little support for technical, organizational, or HR problems, leaving employees to solve issues on their own. Result: burnout, high employee turnover, and low trust in management.
