Then while joining they said they have well known clients then I realised actually they have mediocre clients.

Very less compensation compared to market standards.
Assigning work then constant changes in work target. You will reach nowhere if you keep running in two different directions. But Co Founders never understand this & keep pressuring to work on more and more clients simultaneously instead of focusing on one or two active clients who actually respond. No matter what you do Boss is always right this is how their mindset is and they are too stubborn to change it.
