Pros
1.) Lots of new things to learns and enhance technical skills. 2.) Global exposure 3.) Perks and benefits are a plus point. 4.) Well renowned brand
Cons
1.) Power dominating 2.) STVS is mentioned high in the offer letter but you only get groundnuts in the name of variable. 3.) Poor infrastructure and facilities, not even a proper water cooler or coffee machine. 4.) Lots and lots of Oldies who think young generation is good for nothing. 5.) Management doesn't even care how things and people are going. 6.) Poor salary hike and difficult growth. 7.) Deaf ear is given to new ideas and very if at all the idea seems good then the implementation would take forever. And a lot more.....!!!!
