- Lacks structure: It’s a small team (under 100). Things can feel a bit disorganized. Sometimes decisions feel pretty arbitrary because there aren't enough set-in-stone rules yet. - The "Accountability" issue: Like any other company, you’ll run into people who try to dodge responsibility. It’s a universal corporate thing, but it still gets annoying. - Heavy workload & Burnout risk: It’s easy to get buried in work.
