Pros
- Tons of autonomy: Leaders don't really box you in. You’re free to jump into basically any task you're interested in, which is awesome if you want to grow. - Solid work culture: Overall a decent vibe, and they actually give you plenty of 'Refresh Days' to chill and recharge. - A dream job for esports fans: If you're into the scene, the work doesn't even feel like "work." It’s just a lot of fun being part of the action. - Cool global projects: You get so many chances to collab with massive, world-class companies you’ve definitely heard of.
Cons
- Lacks structure: It’s a small team (under 100). Things can feel a bit disorganized. Sometimes decisions feel pretty arbitrary because there aren't enough set-in-stone rules yet. - The "Accountability" issue: Like any other company, you’ll run into people who try to dodge responsibility. It’s a universal corporate thing, but it still gets annoying. - Heavy workload & Burnout risk: It’s easy to get buried in work. If you don’t speak up or manage your own boundaries, all that extra effort can easily go unnoticed by the higher-ups.
