Pros
Never a dull moment in a fast pace, constant evolving company and facility. Everyone is very friendly and willing to listen and help when they can. There is lots of opportunity for those with positive attitudes and willing to do the work.
Cons
The fast pace may not be everyone's cup of tea. And some may find the constant growth a bit confusing at times. Things do tend to change from one do to the next in order to keep up with demand, and if you aren't use to staying on your toes then it may be intimidating.
