Pros
No doubt at the process they follow. Definitely good with respect to other low-level company. I repeat low-level corporations
Cons
Self-confidence is good but not overconfident of being the best among other companies. Most of the developers have very narrow skillset. Only a few I have seen really good. 90% of the managers do not deserve to be a manager in this IT sector at least. HR and their policy are too poor. Poor resource management.
