- fast-paced work place but with good team spirit in office. - work duties not always routine but opportunities to learn and practise new and useful skills by working with different departments together.
Cons
- office hours may seem not enough when new-coming workloads running with your own routine duties side by side. - shortage on hands might be actually worse than what the management level thought and assumed, which often in return slowed down the progress development of the company as a whole.
