      - Great business model with an unique mix of D365FO Solutions and our own IP that makes us a true leader in the Construction/Services vertical -Amazing sales team with new clients constantly getting signed up -Full fledged Managed Services team to give our clients the care they need long-term and to help other companies out there that need Managed Services but aren't getting the proper help from their Partners

      Foot in the door to the industry

      Cons

      New college graduate hires is like a revolving door. They hire then lay off because no projects or work and struggle to find something to assign. Only good thing was that it was a good foot in the door but kind of underpay and have weak benefits
