      Luckily I was placed in a good environment and supportive team, Flexible work arrangement WFH 4 days and WFO 1 day, paid overtime, good place for beginners to learn and i think company values is really goodddd.

      Cons

      For benefits is just average and i think could be better and, stagnant career?
