Great concept, poor management - Physician SIPMD Employee Review

I love this group of people. I've been with the company for more than 5 yrs. I love the way the management, admin and CEO treat their employee, how they take care. The respect that the management and CEO show to their employee is #1 reason why i stay to this company for this long years. There are a lot of things i learned and i can say i grow and develop my self confidence. They listen to employees suggestions, comments and they treat us as a family.

There are some misunderstanding but it resolve right away.

Management was going through some growing pains while restructuring
