Pros
The office culture is extremely rare, there is a real sense of community and a fun energy about this place that you don't see often in this industry. The support from leadership is extremely refreshing and they truly do have an "open door" policy where you can come to them with anything. The unlimited PTO policy has garnered such a bad rep but this company really got it right, they tell you that they put their people first and they mean it. The growth is impressive and SIO has positioned itself to become a leader in the industry by adhering to their belief that if they take care of their people then their people will take care of their customers. After over 20 years in logistics I feel like I have finally found my "work home".
