Cons
The staff is a revolving door with constant change. The training period is short and leaves newer employees to sink or swim. Very dirty environment, even some of the offices.

Thanks for your comments. We have actually invested quite a bit of time in our training programs and apprenticeships in recent years.
Great people work here! They are competent and care about the company and want to support its values.
Cons
The CEO is 83 years old! He gets confused and forgets things. There is no vision for the future. There has been a lot of change in senior management and the core values aren't the focus any more.
