Great benefits, top 2% benefits in comparison to all other US employers Rated GPTW year over year by employees Company puts it's money where it's mouth is, gives back to employees and rewards employees when times are great and protects employees when times are tough...leadership makes commitments to not lay people off when economy and market goes down!
Cons
Can be too slow to deal with performance issues, gives too many opportunities for people to improve beyond what is necessary, causes issues with team moral and others having to pick up slack of lower performing employees
