Is there a way to give it '0' stars? Absolutely no pros. The senior management team intimidates and forces employees to endorse their company on social media.
Cons
This place is a revolving door. They turn over employees every year or so. They have absolutely no loyalty to anyone except their cash flow. No employee stays longer than a couple of years. They do not practice what they "preach." They force their employees to write good reviews on social media and glass door. If you notice, all reviews here have been written in the last 12 months. The company has been around for 10+ years, but no review exists before 2016? The CEO has no leadership skills- his own colleagues and initial investors have abandoned him. Do your homework and ask the Baltimore business community about EQ before you jump on this sinking ship - their reputation speaks for itself. They'll ultimately make you walk the plank... regardless of your hard work or loyalty. They lead by fear and intimidation.
