      Market leader in its field, ample training opportunities, high growth rate, room for opportunity inside and outside original position, executive management is as open as I've experienced at a company, leadership is accessible when needed

      Cons

      Lean staffing that at times can prove to be detrimental, salary schedule does not appear to match up to similar jobs elsewhere.

      Pros

      Open communication on all levels, no office politics. It was ok to disagree, but at the end of the day we had a shared goal. Everyone was there to work together and get the job done.

      Cons

      Had some times of uncertainty, but was able to persevere.
