Freakin' old trucks with no air conditioning. Lack of communication inside the building They do not pay well (15.95$ an hour in 2015 when you're at the top)

1. Great starting company for experience 2. Pays educational bonus if you paid for your own training 3 very forgiving, just own up to what you have done 4 everyone is helpful

1. Lack of communication to drivers on company changes. 2 several dispatches depending on location, can cause confusion 3. Pay is low, miles and hourly 4. Older trucks in QC, newer in ON. 5. Not all treated equal.
