Pros
You get to help people. There are patients who need things from canes to oxygen delivered, and the company does that in good time. It's wonderful to hear the voice of someone whose life was made more convenient because SG was able to help.
Cons
The workplace culture is a disgrace and very click-ish. It is very common to hear derogatory remarks about co-workers as well as comments that would be grounds for firing for sexual harassment, elsewhere. Than can make for a very uncomfortable work environment. Also the building needs a steady cleaning crew; bathrooms and halls are disgusting and no one seems to care.
