They work with your school scheduled if applicable, they are pretty lenient with having to call off due to kids situations and emergencies, the dress code is very laid back, there is a lot of work to be done but that’s job security. They cater lunch on occasion, they have an employee compliment process,
Cons
The outsourcing to another company is a bummer, the pay could be higher, the evaluations could be more consistent, the Christmas parties could be much better considering how big the company is, the raises are not good enough and they deserve more, there could be more incentives for doing the work given, There is no incentive for the employee compliment, reward the staff,
