I joined SFW with 10 years experience, ready for a new challenge. SFW is towards the upper end of SME size (1-250 employees) and therefore offers a really good balance of being established enough to have decent management processes and yet still small enough to retain that flexibility and friendly working atmosphere more often found within smaller organisations. In practice, that means lots of opportunities to get involved with a broader range of activities and greater levels of responsibility than average; both great for career development.
