      Friendly working atmosphere a lot of learning by doing.

      Cons

      The discretionary bonus is opaque, it constitute a large part of annual comp (Up to 100%) and there is no transparency as to what it might look like until the annual review.

      Young team and multicultural, easy to get along with

      Little knowledge about the business, junior people struggle to grow within the company as there are very few knowledgeable people, they prefer to focus on aggressive sales

      Pros

      Office is close to city center.

      Cons

      Bonus/progression is dependent on playing office politics / sucking up to management. Other brokers are paying 30% of P&L as bonus, here the bonus is discretionary. Get used to rude/inappropriate comments and jokes in the office. Likes to advertise themselves as "market maker "."investment bank " , whereas in fact they are a broker.
