Pros
Fully paid benefits for employees; 10 paid Holidays, nice 401k match, not a lot of overtime needed- good work life balance. Wages for some are low compared to our competitors. Friendly employees and a number of good and helpful managers. For the most part it is a good work environment
Cons
Time off benefits are too low compared to our competitors; some bad managers; culture is two sided sword. You must keep things positive which makes for a pretty good work environment. However, there are problems and you are expected to keep problems quiet, the positivity is a facade at times. A number of key people have moved on.
