Pros

très bonne ambiance entre les employés

Cons

Pros

Pay and health care benefits

Cons

During my four years with this company, primarily as a buyer in the RVA area, I consistently dedicated significant time and effort to my role. While I initially held a strong belief in the company's products, my experience in the front office, specifically within administration and supply chain, presented considerable challenges. I experienced a difficult work-life balance, regularly exceeding 80 hours per week. In my final year, upon expressing a need for improved professional respect, I felt increasingly isolated. My employment was subsequently terminated. Following my departure six months ago, I have observed that my previous responsibilities are now distributed among three individuals. I believe it's important to note an incident that occurred on my last day. In the presence of an incoming employee, I mentioned my termination. The HR Manager, Sharron Harper, reacted by confronting me in an aggressive manner, objecting to my characterization of the termination. While I acknowledge potential cultural differences with my former manager, Fayez Adli, which sometimes manifested in what I perceived as inappropriate comments, I initially believed in his intention to act ethically. Unfortunately, my experience led me to conclude otherwise. Based on my experience, I would recommend that individuals considering employment in production roles with this company carefully consider opportunities within the front office, particularly within administrative or supply chain functions, under the current management
