Pros

It's a paycheck - that's all folks.

Cons

Zero leadership, little talent, 200% toxic from top down, completely dishonest, unscrupulous executives, revolving door across all departments, no vision, communication is mostly nonexistent and done poorly when it happens. Health benefits are extremely expensive and coverage is poor. They don't care about people at all. Money is the entire focus, not patients or caring for them, just how much they can squeeze them from them. Run as fast and as far away as you can. Interview questions to ask - "What is your average employee tenure in years?" "What is the cost of health insurance for individuals, a family, and what is covered?"

Pros

The schedule was great, M-F 8-5. Met some really genuine people there, several coworkers and most of all the patients, loved interacting with regular patients. That alone was by far very rewarding.

Cons

If you don't originally hire to stay in one location, they will "ask" you to float since management doesn't really cover anything. No real leadership, no real communication between departments, changes in protocol almost monthly yet nobody is ever on the same page so there is absolutely always issues that have to be worked out but it's all a blame game instead of listening to each other. Very fake about caring about employees to make the team work. The gas lighting is on another level. There is always somebody who thinks they know how to do your job better yet they have never actually done it successfully for a full business day. So it's all assumptions. Almost no respect from certain providers and management. The amount of ego that runs the office is insane. No leadership. Just allot of empty words leaving the genuine people who did their job to the best of their abilities losing motivation and the positivity they once started with. Whn I first began I was warned heavily of every issue, I thought it was an exaggeration. Boy was I so wrong. Even with some temporary changes in so called management, it never stuck or seemed to improve the whole dynamic. I urge you to think your options very carefully before you commit to this place. What they promise on day one is not what they will deliver. You will leave broken if you let them. It's all about who you know there, unqualified ppl get roles with higher pay just because they're cool with each other, but whn it comes down to procedure, the actual ppl doing the correct job are the ones who suffer and have to deal with picking up the slack while others get that recognition and praise.
