Pros
The company culture at Sensory is amazing, the work is really interesting, and management respects and rewards employees. While there's not a huge amount of upward movement, this is compensated for by a non-vertical structure, and regular pay increases. Work day is incredibly flexible. I've yet to encounter the typical corporate "do things like this because it's the way we do it." If you can do something better, you do it, and you share so that others can do it. There's also an encouragement of professional development. And people here are incredibly intelligent, but still very professional and kind. Also, there are tons of snacks and stuff like that.
Cons
There's not a lot of documentation on processes, giving working here a very steep learning curve, even if you're in this field. Jobs tend to be siloed, and cross-department training is uncommon (though not nonexistent).
