Management really cares about employees and want you to succeed. Company direction is refreshing, you’re developing longterm relationships with customers. Best sales job I’ve ever had because they actually support and back their product.

Travel was the most difficult and wouldn’t recommend to someone with small kids at home.

Focused too much on moving excess units to the detriment of regional needs. For context, trees in the PNW are much bigger than on the east coast. Sennebogen has threes models/sizes of tree handlers. They had many of the smallest model (718) in inventory and were pushing them hard. Every end user in the PNW sought to demo the 728 though. Despite requesting numerous times to have one as to demo (by interested parties mind you), I could only ever get a 718. This was tough to get around when speaking with the end user, as for one, it wasn’t what they had asked for, and two, didn’t make much sense for the area we were in. Before ever even being hired, I made this known. Despite all of this, there was never one to demo. After I left the company, two individuals ended up buying used 728’s for this reason. Seemed crazy to me to me at the time, but in the end, I think they simply didn’t care.
