Friendly coworkers make work tolerable. The benefits offered are competitive with the pension. The cafeteria has good breakfast and lunch choices. The gym gives a break and has excellent exercise equipment.

Management disconnect from production restricts actual reform and increases loss. The absence of accountability towards management. Management transfers the blame to the lower workers. Lack of structured pay raises or promotions. Pay inequality is troubling to diverse workers. Favoritism is apparent based on race and gender.
