The culture here is fantastic, and the people are genuinely amazing to work with. It’s such a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. On top of that, the company is incredibly forward-thinking and flexible, trusting you to get your work done. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that treats you like an adult and really understands the importance of work-life balance.
Cons
There’s been some talk about clawing back certain benefits, and there’s a bit of uncertainty around whether hybrid work arrangements might also be scaled back in the future. While nothing’s changed yet, it’s something that could potentially impact what makes SEEK so appealing.
