1. Low increment (2-4%) and not everyone entitled 2. Little bonus (less than 1 month for the past 3 years) 3. Office politics is very bad in some of the departments with toxic leaders, like to gaslighting team members rather than recognize their hard work 4. Leadership team always mentioned in Town Hall that company is people first, but organization restructure that happened in past two year has caused a lot of talented, capable employees left or been laid-off 5. Employees always complaint overloaded and burnt out issue in Town Hall 6. Company like to hire people that good in talking/presentation instead of capable in work
