Pros
Benefits are above average. Salaries are good. Union is relatively strong but relatively helpless from keeping bad things happening to good people. The CEO and COO are horrible jokes.
Cons
Where to start...people are backstabbing...nobody works...moral is bad and the company is in heavy debt due to a foolhearted CEO. It's amazing they haven't went out of business.
