Pros
Excellent training and interesting assignments. All the attorneys seem happy. Never an expectation to work late or stretch yourself too thin.
Cons
Sometimes assignments can come slowly depending on the pace of workflow. Also things can occasionally move incredibly slow, but it's the government so it's expected.
