      Breadth of work and topics, very interesting subject matter, ability to feel like you're involved in the investigation

      Cons

      Obviously depends on the person, but some attorneys did not dish out useful work to interns (which is understandable). Also no real track to being employed by the SEC later because of Federal application procedures

      Pros

      Things have changed under the current Republican administration, but the SEC has always been known as a great place to work with the highest salaries in the federal government and very family friendly

      Current share seems to actively hate his employees
