      Benefits are great -- That is able the only thing.

      Cons

      No support from uppers. They expect you to know everything without training or assistance. They stay in the office and do not care about employees in the classrooms.

      Pros

      Culture is wonderful. Team is stellar. Executive Director is the best there is, honorable with the highest level of integrity. Upper Management is hands on and open door. Communication is top notch. Benefits are exceptional. Turnover is low and retention is high.

      Cons

      Not enough funding to pay employees what they would like to pay.
