Pros
Great exposure in all sorts of transportation. It is a relatively small company and you get to react with every department. Additionally, decisions are taken very fast.
Cons
Poor work-life balance. You get to always work after your shift. Moreover, it is not a company in which you can reach high positions and sometimes the everyday activities are boring. Technologically speaking, the offices are below average (printers, PCs, etc)
