      Nice co-workers make the environment somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      The leaders of SDM are tyrants, and there's no sugar-coating that. They are some of the worst people I've ever worked for. They're verbally abusive and disrespectful. They often overstep they boundaries and treat employees like machine that hey can force to work as long as they want. Employees here are treated horribly, and it'd obvious, given the relatively high employee turnover rate in this company. it's best to avoid SDM.
