Pros
Since it is a small company, you get to learn a variety of things that is not directly related to your job.
Cons
Bad upper management. They make a lot of mistakes and expect the employees to cover for them. There is literally no planing before a project. The management just expects the employees to "wing it". The only reason they get projects is because they underbid all of their competitors. Very long hours and NO overtime! Some of the employees are very difficult to work with since they have a huge ego.
