Pros
Colleagues are generally very friendly. Working 8 to 9 hours is the standard. Some projects allow you to come later and leave later, or the other way round, making you plan your own day. Company has a good name in the BI world. You learn quickly by being put on a project almost right away.
Cons
SDG is a young company that grew very fast in Barcelona, which brings with it different organisational issues: miscommunications, HR only recently started with English, irrational company policies, etc. They tell you that with an evaluation every 6 months you can promote fast, but this is not really true. Nobody feels that are is a momentum in their career, that is different from any other company. Pay is relatively low, like any other Spanish-salary-paying company.
