Less variety in project types

Great people and very positive atmosphere. They had a desire to ensure employee growth. The principals were accessible and easy to talk with.

Deadlines would sometimes be unreasonable but that's part of architecture. There was a bit of ego involved for some associates/principals but it was limited to two individuals.
