Waste of time - Electrical Apprentice SDAC Employee Review

Definitely a waste of my time, leadership never knows anything! I learned more from the temp service SDAC hired than the company it’s self! Never did any test or anything as an apprentice! Had apprentices doing electricians job but we wasn’t good enough for a raise! I guess because it was only 4 full time employees! 2 of which was apprentices! It rubbed me the wrong way when ppl want to watch my social media instead of trying to fix the problems that was in front of them! Too much unnecessary drama but I do thank the Aerotek temps for training me up for better jobs ✌🏿& it’s no love lost
