Pros
Scor is a great company to work in, very dynamic, which has a size allowing both to work on important and impactful projects but also to avoid the bureaucratic illness killing lots of companies. It's a real meritocratic company, where you have the possibility to evolve and take higher responsibilities.
Cons
Decisions are very centralized, especially on career management. The leadership model is quite old fashioned (no women at the Executive Committee as an example).
