Pros

Opting to work here would be one of the worst mistakes in your life. So the only pro is you become wiser in and you will never make a similar mistake again. No body will ask you to introduce yourself so you can happily maintain a low profile.

Cons

1. Zero communication 2. They will give you tasks but no one will guide you on your task. 3. No KT in their entire system yet they will expect you to work with complete understanding of their system. 4. If you do not belong to their community you will get zero respect. 5. Management does not know the spelling of planning. 6. They will send important mails from 12.30 am to 3.30am and they will expect you to reply as well. 7. Zero percent job satisfaction
