      Pros

      I have been working for Scigon for few years and enjoy being a full time employee. Scigon has a big clients base in many areas in IT, and in-house development work. The folks at the company are very knowledgeable. Heigh standards in the company projects and always something to learn. Very reasonable management, lovely HR and decent wages.

      Cons

      Would be nice to have free access to courses on third party sites.

      Pros

      Company has great enterprise level and Fortune 100 clients. Company focuses on quality, not quantity. Great mix of on and off-shore resources. Solid expertise in software engineering. Company offers solid benefits, including 401k and profit sharing.

      Cons

      Medical insurance for a family plan is a bit pricy. Individual plan is well priced.

      They have clearly lied about end contractor cutting merits during the pandemic and reduced hourly wages to take advantage of their own employees since no one could afford to change workplace. There is no support regarding the personal growth or any relevant training.
